School: New England Conservatory

Though 22-year-old Christine has been a participant and fan of chamber music for years, she was attracted to Red Bull Artsehcro because she’s also passionate about turntablism and listening to the latest DJ tracks. Currently studying under the Boston Symphony Orchestra’s principal oboist, Christine dreams of one day performing professionally in an orchestra or chamber ensemble. She could also see herself teaching music at the university level, perhaps at her soon-to-be alma mater, the New England Conservatory in Boston.
