School: The Boston Conservatory

Boston Conservatory student, Matt Peebles, has been playing violin for the past 15 years. This Los Angeles native has worked under the batons of Emmanuel Vuillaume and Conlon and been taught by such greats as Itzhak Perlman and Peter Marsh. Matt most recently performed in the Pacific Music Festival touring the major cities of Japan. This promising musician now studies at the Boston Conservatory, but Peebles’ well-rounded palate extends far beyond the world of music. In his own words, he also enjoys “moonlit walks on the beach with bottles of Chianti after a nice light coq au vin with scrumptious little scallops…”
